Description
Shaft Mounted Wheel Brush - Plastic Filament Silicon Carbide (SiC) - 6mm Shaft RBU 5015/6 SiC 180 0.90

Suitable for universal cleaning, rust removal, smoothing, descaling, cleaning of cast seams, light deburring and removal of corrosion or paint. Crimped brushes provide lighter brushing action and superior finish when cleaning, removing rust and paint, smoothing, cleaning fettling from cast seams, light deburring.

Recommended drive output minimum 300 watts

PFERD uses special quality wires with high flexibility and bending fatigue strength as standard. In combination with the high filament density, these brushes have longer service lives than conventional
brushes and therefore the processing costs per piece are reduced.

In the case of SiC filament types, the abrasive grain is encapsulated into flexible plastic bristles.
During the wearing of the carrier material, new abrasive grains are constantly released, which ensures the constant aggressive nature of the brush.
