    Terms & conditions

    1. Sharpening bookings must be placed online to qualify for the guarantee.
    2. Bookings must be placed by 1pm on the business day prior to the stated run collection day.
    3. Austech does not operate collection services on Public Holidays. Bookings made for public holidays are not eligible for the guarantee and will be automatically booked for the following week.
    4. Customers business must be open for collection to occur on the run collection day.
    5. Up to $20 off sharpening is applicable only to the collection following the missed pickup.
    6.  Any unused value of the guarantee is NOT transferable, rolled forward to future bookings or redeemable for cash.
    7. The Guarantee is not applicable in instances where weather or other events outside the control of AusTech Saw & Tooling result in pickup runs not occurring as scheduled.
