The LEUCO 161619 HW Grooving Saw Blade is a tungsten carbide tipped circular saw blade designed for clean, accurate grooving in solid timber and wood-based panels. With a 150mm cutting circle diameter, 7.0mm cutting width, 5mm hub width, 30mm bore and Z12 tooth count, it is suited to workshop and production environments where controlled groove width and consistent finish are important.
LEUCO lists this blade for use on moulders and double end tenoners, making it suitable for joinery, cabinetmaking, furniture manufacturing and panel processing applications. LEUCO also notes that, with Z12 and Z18 grooving saw blades, other groove widths may be possible by combining tool sets, subject to correct calculation of cutting widths, carbide projection and spacer thickness.
