The LEUCO 188388 NF-Chop Saw Blade HW “TR-F” is designed for chop saws and mitre saws used to cross cut thin-walled aluminium and plastic profiles. It features a 200mm cutting diameter, 2.2mm cutting width, 2.0mm body thickness, 30mm bore and 100 teeth.
LEUCO specifies a -6° negative hook angle, TR-F triple-chip/flat tooth configuration and HW HL Board 10 tungsten carbide cutting material. This combination is suited to controlled profile cutting where edge quality and stable cutting action are important. LEUCO lists the advantage as smooth running and no chipping of workpiece edges due to the high tooth count.
Use this blade where the machine, bore, diameter and material application match the job. For suitability checks, replacement advice or sharpening support, contact AST on 1300 117 012.
